تعريف الخدمة
ترويج خدمة تسويقية تقدّمها ترويج (Tarweej) عبر tarweej.online لمساعدة العملاء على إنشاء وإدارة حملات ترويجية مخصصة عبر قنوات متاحة وفق السياسات والموافقات.
أهلية المستخدم
يجب أن تكون لديك الأهلية القانونية للتعاقد وتمثيل الجهة التي تسجّل باسمها، وأن تستخدم الخدمة لأغراض مشروعة فقط.
إنشاء الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن دقة بيانات الحساب وحماية بيانات الدخول وعدم مشاركتها. يجب إبلاغنا فوراً عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به.
مسؤولية المستخدم
تتحمل مسؤولية المحتوى الذي ترسله، ومصادر بيانات الجمهور، والحصول على الموافقات أو الأسس القانونية اللازمة للتواصل.
ملكية المحتوى
تحتفظ بملكية محتواك. تمنح ترويج ترخيصاً محدوداً لاستخدام المحتوى لتشغيل الخدمة فقط. تظل عناصر المنصة والعلامة التجارية ملكاً لترويج.
الرسائل والحملات
يجب أن تكون الحملات مشروعة وغير مضللة ومتوافقة مع سياسات القنوات. لا تدعم ترويج الرسائل العشوائية.
الموافقات المطلوبة
عند اشتراط الموافقة لإرسال رسائل تسويقية، يجب الحصول عليها والاحتفاظ بما يثبتها وفق القانون وسياسات القناة.
المحتوى المحظور
يُحظر المحتوى الاحتيالي، غير القانوني، المسيء، أو المخالف لسياسة الاستخدام المقبول أو سياسات القنوات.
إساءة الاستخدام
يشمل ذلك الإرسال العشوائي، شراء قوائم غير مصرح بها، تجاوز طلبات إلغاء الاشتراك، أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة.
تعليق أو إلغاء الحساب
يجوز لترويج تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة أو التي تعرض الخدمة أو المستخدمين للخطر، مع إشعار عند الإمكان.
خدمات الطرف الثالث
قد تعتمد الخدمة على مزودين وقنوات خارجية تخضع لشروطهم. ترويج ليست مسؤولة عن انقطاع أو سياسات تلك الأطراف خارج نطاق سيطرتها.
الرسوم والمدفوعات
إن وُجدت رسوم، ستُعرض بوضوح قبل الالتزام. التفاصيل التجارية قد تُحدد في عرض سعر أو اتفاقية منفصلة.
حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل ترويج المسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو فقدان أرباح ناتج عن استخدام الخدمة أو انقطاعها.
عدم ضمان نتائج تسويقية محددة
لا نضمن نتائج مبيعات أو معدلات تفاعل محددة. النتائج تختلف حسب العرض والجمهور والقناة والامتثال.
التعويض
توافق على تعويض ترويج عن المطالبات الناشئة عن محتواك أو بياناتك أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو القانون.
التعديلات
قد نعدّل الشروط. يُعرض تاريخ التحديث 29 يوليو 2026. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني القبول.
القانون والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، ويكون الاختصاص للمحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية ما لم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك.

Service definition
Tarweej is a marketing service provided by Tarweej via tarweej.online to help customers create and manage tailored promotional campaigns across available channels under applicable policies and consents.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to contract, authority to represent your organization, and may use the service only for lawful purposes.
Account creation
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized use.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for content you send, audience data sources, and obtaining required consents or legal bases for contact.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of your content and grant Tarweej a limited license to use it solely to operate the service. Platform assets and branding remain Tarweej’s property.
Messages and campaigns
Campaigns must be lawful, non-misleading, and compliant with channel policies. Tarweej does not support spam.
Required consents
Where consent is required for marketing messages, you must obtain and retain evidence as required by law and channel policy.
Prohibited content
Fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content under the Acceptable Use Policy or channel policies is forbidden.
Abuse
Abuse includes spam, unauthorized list trading, ignoring opt-outs, or attempting to compromise the service.
Suspension or termination
Tarweej may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger the service or users, with notice when feasible.
Third-party services
The service may rely on external providers and channels subject to their terms. Tarweej is not responsible for outages or policies outside its control.
Fees and payments
If fees apply, they will be presented clearly before commitment. Commercial details may be set in a quote or separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarweej is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use or interruption of the service.
No guaranteed marketing outcomes
We do not guarantee specific sales or engagement outcomes. Results vary by offer, audience, channel, and compliance.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Tarweej against claims arising from your content, data, or violation of these terms or law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The update date 29 يوليو 2026 is shown above. Continued use means acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, with courts of Saudi Arabia having jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
